 If you are new to Pilates or coming back after a break it is recommended to start with a beginner series. 

This is comprised of 3 private sessions that will help you understand the 5 basic principles of Pilates.  

This  helps to ensure you get the most out of each class.

Class Description: 

Pilates Reformer-  Is similar, yet very different, to mat based Pilates. Reformer Pilates is done using a machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates. The different spring tensions add more feedback and a more intense workout. Springboard and CardioTramp are ad on's to offer a more cardio or athletic based workout.

Pilates Mat Class-  This class is a traditional Pilates mat class using exercises from the Joseph Pilates repertoire.  Spinal rotations, flexion, extension, core stabilizers, and flexibility. 

Zen-Ga -  This class incorporates Pilates along with Yoga and Myofascial release.  Incorporating these techniques of stretching the fascia, lengthening the muscles while strengthening the core; helps to create a more relaxed asymmetrical body. Very gentle and creates long lean muscles as well as strengthening the pelvic floor. *Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Total Body Conditioning-  Tones your body from head to toe using the Pilates understanding of contrology. We will heat up the body by incorporating light hand weights with controlled movement getting the heart rate up to burn calories and build long lean muscles. *intermediate/Advanced  (If you are a beginner its best to start with the mat class to gain the basic knowledge, core stability, and to learn how your body moves before advancing to this class.)

Fusion- This class incorporates Pilates, strength, cardio, and light hand weights. It is a bit faster paced then the mat and total body conditioning class. You must have advanced through the beginner mat series to take a fusion class.  *Intermediate/Advanced  (If you are a beginner I urge you to start with the mat class to gain the basic knowledge, core stability, and to learn how your body moves before advancing to this class.)

Private Session (60 minutes)~ Private session will include flexibility, core training, and an in depth focus on strengthening your patterns of imbalance.
