In my practice I combine the 5 principles of Pilates, along with traditional and non-traditional exercises to help tighten and tone the whole body. All exercises are low impact and safe on the joints. Making them beneficial for anyone who's had injuries, getting back into exercise, or would like to increase overall muscle tone.

Incorporating these same techniques in golf fitness is just as beneficial.  

For a golfer, muscle imbalances can affect the legs, hips, arms, shoulders, and low back. 

It can also affect your game. Your drives may become shorter and less accurate, your stamina may decrease, and the potential for strains, pulls and tears become much higher.

By increasing strength and flexibility you can improve hip rotation, range of motion in the shoulders and back stability leading to more powerful and accurate golf shots.
